Dell Vostro 1014 Laptop - Excellent Condition with Windows 7 Pro in Sainte-Therese-de-la-Gatineau, Quebec for sale

I am trying to sell my excellent condition Dell Vostro 1014 Laptop. It's a few years old; but you'd never know as I take amazing care of my stuff and it's honestly left my house maybe 5 times in total. Next to no scratches anywhere; keyboard has all the keys (letters all visible), and the battery still holds an excellent charge of between 2-3 hours.
It has a Celeron 2.20Ghz processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 120GB Hard drive. I have just put on a brand new install of Windows 7 Professional, Microsoft Office 2007 (full), and have done all the patches/updates. I've also gone to the trouble of adding a lot of the software most people use; VLC; Adobe Flash, PDF Reader, iTunes, Skype, FireFox, Chrome etc. Would be happy to add any specific programs ahead of time for buyer if they let me know (Free ones obviously...so don't ask for Photoshop, ha ha).
I bought this computer brand new from Dell..so I will be including the original box it came to me in. I am of course including an original Dell charger. It is out of warranty...but I'll guarantee it for the first month.
I am asking $225.00 for it; which I think is fair but will entertain serious offers (take note, any offer with a one at the front will probably be ignored). This is not a desperate sale; I use my iPad 99% of the time so this just sits on the desk. If it sells; great...if not...I will continue to use it.
