2012 LEFTY Fender Standard Stratocaster & Hard Case in Sainte-Therese-de-la-Gatineau, Quebec for sale

Selling a 2012 Left-Handed Fender Standard Stratocaster and a hard shell case. The guitar is in amazing condition and I'm very happy with it; only reason for selling is that I wanted to upgrade to something with 24 frets.
The Stratocaster is in excellent condition, and essentially almost mint.
- There are no marks or dents on the body, neck, or headstock.
- The fretboard, frets, and electronics were recently cleaned and adjusted, and are fully functional.
- The string action was professionally adjusted (most recently at Long & McQuade.)
- The floating tremolo bridge stays in tune quite nicely, both when bending and when using the whammy bar.
The Fender Strat produces an excellent sound, and is a great first guitar to learn on because of the easiness with which you can play (I had it set up to have a lower string action, making it easier to fret).
The case has some visible dents and scratches on the side, but the top of the case is in pretty good condition. The original value of the case was CAD$100, but it doesn't seem like Fender sells this kind anymore, just the more expensive Pro Series.
